The aims and objectives are to reach out to individuals, families and community at large by promoting healthy living and prevent diseases and injury so that people can improve their health and live a quality life. We hope to achieve this through extensive research, community education, collaboration/partnership, advocacy, outreach activities, wellness programs, seminars and provision of health information.
